Toastmasters meets every Friday morning at 6:45 a.m. at Denny's
Restaurant in La Grande, Oregon. Toastmasters International is
a worldwide educational organization dedicated to self-improvement.
The Toastmasters program will help to develop communication skills
and open doors in personal and professional lives.
The goals of
Toastmasters are to help individuals learn to:
Organize thoughts and present them
clearly and confidently
Listen to others carefully and critically
Think and react quickly
Lead others
The Toastmasters
program is self-paced, an individual's development depends on
how much time and effort are available.
