                    RESOLUTION   1021  (1996)
          A RESOLUTION CLOSING THE BACKHOE RESERVE FUND


WHEREAS:  The Backhoe Reserve Fund has served its purpose, and;

WHEREAS: there is no remaining balance in the fund;


NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Backhoe Reserve Fund is hereby closed.


PASSED AND ADOPTED this  13  th day of  August  1996.
With       Ayes,       Nays,       Abstentions,       Absent.
