           A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION 
                    TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES

BE IT RESOLVED,  That pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City of Elgin
hereby elects to receive State Revenues for fiscal year 1996-97.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 th day of  June , 1996;


With Councilors voting as follows:
  5  Ayes,   0  Nays,   0  Abstentions,   2  Absent.
