CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON 
                    RESOLUTION   1004  (1996)
      A RESOLUTION CLOSING THE SOLID WASTE IMPROVEMENT FUND
      AND TRANSFERRING REMAINING FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND

WHEREAS:  The solid waste improvements have been made, and;

WHEREAS: there is a balance remaining after expenditure of the budgeted
appropriations;


NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Solid Waste Improvement Reserve Fund is hereby closed and the
remaining balance of the fund is transferred to the General Fund.
