AIDS Education Council of Eastern Oregon offers the following programs and services within the state of Oregon. Contact the main office for more information. Age-appropriate HIV education to schools and youth groups. HIV/AIDS education and training to community groups and organizations. Information and referrals to individuals. Resource library of books, pamphlets and videotapes. HIV testing and counseling. Coordinating community events in collaboration with other local organizations.
