SBDC STAFF

Greg Smith, Director of the Small Business Development Center. Greg has an extensive background in commercial lending, business development, and small business management. Over the last decade, he has worked closely with small business owners from Eastern Oregon on economic development, facilitation between public and private business financing, and business plan development to help businesses better meet their goals. Greg provides confidential business counseling for existing businesses and for potential business owners, either buying or developing a business.

Donna Jo Talbott, Training Specialist and Coordinator of the Small Business Development Center. Donna Jo has extensive experience in customer service and office management after graduating from Eastern Oregon University.  She is available to assist SBDC clients with general program information and resources.

BUSINESS COUNSELING SPECIALISTS:

The SBDC also has several business counseling specialists available to our clients. These specialists are available for SBDC covered services by referral only. Please contact the SBDC office for a referral. Our specialist include:
