Why do I go to nurse practitioners for my care?
"Because they are concerned with me as a person as well as a patient."
"They are willing to listen to me and the level of care is very high."
"They are not hesitant to have me see someone else if my problems are beyond their expertise."
Taking the time to care is what the Elgin and Union Family Health Centers are all about ... Caring about the community and caring about you.

Whatever your health care or wellness needs, our staff of highly trained and certified Family Nurse Practitioners are committed to providing  you the best and most comprehensive services  available. You are more than a patient... you are a partner in practicing self care and  promoting healthy life style choices by learning how to be responsible for your own health care decisions.
