CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON
RESOLUTION  1080 (2000)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
MAKING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE SEWER FUND
AND RESOLUTION TRANSFER WITHIN THE WATER FUND


WHEREAS: The necessary expenditures for capital within the Sewer fund will exceed the
budgeted amounts, and;
WHEREAS: The Sewer Fund has adequate unappropriated resources to cover these
expenditures;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That $1,000.00 be hereby appropriated from Operating Contingency of the Sewer Fund, to
Capital Outlay of the Sewer Fund.

 and;

WHEREAS: The necessary expenditures for Transfers to Other Funds within the Water fund will
exceed the budgeted amounts, and; 
WHEREAS: The amount budgeted for Materials and Services is greater than required for this
fiscal year;
     
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That expenditures for Water Fund Materials and
Services be reduced by $11,500 and the expenditures for Transfer to Other Funds be increased by
$11,500.
