CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON 
RESOLUTION  1076 (2000)

A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE BUDGET COMMITTEE 

WHEREAS:  It is required by law that the city council appoint budget committee members
in equal number to the number of members of the city council, and;

WHEREAS: Appointments are for three years with a portion of the members appointed each year,
and;

WHEREAS: There are three appointments to be made this year, and; 

WHEREAS: Sharon Glasson, Judy Rabourn, and Marilyn Lane are eligible voters of the City of 
Elgin and have expressed a desire to serve;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That Sharon Glasson, Judy Rabourn, and Marilyn Lane are hereby appointed to the budget 
committee for three year terms expiring December 31, 2002.

and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

PASSED AND ADOPTED this  14 th day of March 2000.
