CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON

RESOLUTION  1068 (1999)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 




WHEREAS: The City Council has determined that parking of oversized vehicles
at the interection of 14th and Division constitutes a traffic hazard.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the City of Elgin hereby requests the Oregon Department of
Transportation to review a visibility hazard at the intersection of 14th Ave and
Divsion Street in Elgin, and as appropriate, to prohibiting truck,  RV and
other oversized vehicles from parking on the north side of Division Street
(Highway 204) from the intersection at 14th Ave, eastward for 100 feet.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1999.
