CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON

RESOLUTION  1064 (1999)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 
ASSIGNING CYCLE OREGON PAYMENTS TO ELGIN EDGE




WHEREAS: The City of Elgin, has contracted with Cycle Oregon to provide
assistance for a lunch stop on September 18, and;

WHEREAS: The Elgin EDGE will be responsible for providing these service for
the City, and;

WHEREAS: Cycle Oregon will make payments to the City for the services to be
provided;
      

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That payments received by the City of Elgin
from Cycle Oregon for services to be rendered for the event on September 18,
1999 be endorsed and turned over to Elgin EDGE.
