CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON

RESOLUTION  1063 (1999)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 
CLOSING THE CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION FUND




WHEREAS: The special budget fund, City Hall Construction Fund, will not be
required beyond the end of the current fiscal year, and;

WHEREAS: The said fund has a remaining balance;


NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the City of Elgin special budget fund, City Hall Construction fund is
hereby closed on June 30, 1999 and that the balance remaining in the fund on
June 30, 1999 be placed in the General Fund.
