RESOLUTION  1057 (1999)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 
REVIEWING AND EXTENDING THE SEWER SYSTEM RESERVE FUND





WHEREAS: The City of Elgin, has established a reserve fund to accumulate
funds for the sewer system  and;

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin continues to have a need to reserve funds for the
sewer system;
      

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Sewer System Reserve is hereby extended.


PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May 1999.
With      Ayes,      Nays,      Abstentions,      Absent.
