CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON

                         RESOLUTION 1038
          A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND FOR 
                 THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUNAHA PARK




WHEREAS, There is a need to account for grant monies for the development of
Hunaha Park;


NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,  That a special fund is hereby established to
account for budgeted expenditures regarding Hunaha Park.
